Postcards are effective, versatile and affordable. At Captain, we offer high quality custom postcards in a variety of optional finishing touches. These includes glossy or matte varnish, glossy UV coating, lamination, foil stamping and die cutting. Our custom offset postcard printing comes in standard sizes of 4”x6” and 5”x7”, up to 14pt cover thick, heavy stock. Custom size and heavier paper stock is also available in both short-run digital or long-run offset printing.

Yes, we offer spot-pantone colors on custom postcards. Just provide us with the Pantone number or, bring us the desired color to match.
The term 4/1 refers to the use of our four color printing process: cyan, magenta, yellow and black on the front of our cards and only black ink on the back. The 4/4 printing is four color process on both the front and back of the card.
There are a variety of options, including laminating (gloss, matte and soft-touch), UV gloss coating, foil stamping, letterpress, raised ink, embossing and die-cutting; engraved postcards is an available option, as well. Other bindery finishing options include: scoring, folding, trimming and perforating.
We have a variety of presses to use, depending on the customization options selected, such as Heidelberg QuickMaster and Komori Spica.
